• The M2 is an efficient, high capacity dishwasher ideal for most medium size restaurants. The M2 utilizes the international standard size rack of 500mm and has a maximum capacity of 990, 250mm plates per hour.
• Handles a wide variety of dishes, glasses and cutlery with the large range of speciality racks that are available for this size machine;
• Recirculates wash water over the dishes at a rate of 350 litres per minute through upper and lower wash arms. This provides a balanced and effective washing pattern ensuring sparkling clean tableware.
• Cycle times are selectable between 1, 2 and 3 minutes which allows efficient through-put (up to 55 racks per hour) and the ability to handle varying soil loadings.
• Automatic start on closure of the hood aids the speed and ease of operation as does the design of the hood which has been engineered to provide both strength and a finger light slide action.
• In-line or corner installation of standard machine.
• Double filtration system (scrap trays and pump inlet filter) has been designed to aid cleaning and ensure minimal soil loading of the wash tank.
